Paid Internships – Engineering
Reports to: Engineering Manager

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Be a US citizen
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 or better in discipline
• Major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related program as it relates to the specific internship.
• Previous internships or summer jobs involving engineering, exposure to digital hardware, embedded systems, lab and test equipment would be a
plus
HARDWARE ENGINEER INTERNSHIP
Assist with high-speed, high-density, uP board; architecture definition, schematic capture in ORCAD or equivalent schematic capture tool, BOM generation, layout and PCB stack-up generation and understanding of signal integrity issues, worst case timing and power analyses, design for manufacturing and testability, board bring-up using test equipment and ICE debugging tools, release to production, and documentation. Experience in FPGA/CPLD design development using VHDL, current FPGA/CPLD technology, and Modelsim or equivalent verification tool.
