Summary:
Responsibilities include writing, negotiating, and administering a wide variety of commercial and government contracts, for customers and vendors. Conducts varied degree of analysis for situations; identifies and obtains data and reviews identifiable factors; Write, modify, and administer various contracts including but not limited to, NDA’s, Licenses, including, resellers, U.S. Representatives, Distributors, and End-Users; Review and modify proposal terms and conditions; Analyze cost and risk of proposal terms and conditions; Coordinate with various internal departments to gather input to proposals and ensure department’s compliance with executed contracts; Negotiate terms and conditions with customers; Documents contractual obligations; Maintain updated database of executed, pending, and closed contracts; Coordinate insurance and bonds requirements of proposals and contracts; Document Technology contractual commitments. Coordinate COMSEC as needed; Assist with pending status of government or commercial orders; Respond to customer request on product information; perform and ensure compliance with internal procedures, GAAP, and DAR/FAR government regulations.

Qualification Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field.

Experience:
0 - 2 years in government and commercial contracts and administration or related experience.

Skills:
Knowledge of government language such as FAR,DFAR, NASA, NSA, etc
Knowledge of contract concepts, principles, and legal aspects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle highest level confidential information
Able to communicate and interact with all levels of management
Detail oriented and well organized
Able to achieve results under tight deadlines
Working knowledge with PCs, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation and database software.
General office equipment

Licensures, Certifications:
Contracts Management Certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: (% of time)
• Writes, negotiates, and administers a wide variety of commercial and government contracts for customers and vendors.
• Assist customers with inquires and information
• Coordinates with various internal departments to gather input to proposals and secure departments compliance with executed contracts.
• Reviews, negotiate terms and conditions on contracts
• Input delivery orders and coordinate needs
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations
• Collaborates with various staff and departments in preparing special projects
• Other duties as assigned
and/or the job is subject to change.

Qualifications:
Employees must be US citizens, without dual citizenship in another country.
